The movement is a Seiko NH34 GMT automatic movement which has been regulated to perform in or around +/- 10 secs a day and features a hackling and hand winding capability with a quick set date complication & GMT. 
 
Water resistance has not been tested but for all new components and seals have been used. currently splash proof but recommended to get it professionally tested if it to be used for diving.
