How long will it take for my watch to arrive?Nearly all watches are in stock and are usually dispatched in 1 - 2 business days. - International customers: If you are an international customer, expect your watch to arrive in under 2 weeks approximately. There maybe some cases where there are delays, which are out of our control, however we will try and support where possible. - UK Customer: All watches are shipped special delivery, so expect watch to arrive 1-2 days from dispatch. Accessories are shipped 1st class / 1st class signed which should still arrive in 1-2 days from dispatch date.

How does warranty work?We like to keep warranty simple and transparent. As we sell many watches from well-known brands, the warranty is covered via the brand. However, we will take over the warranty claim on your behalf and communicate with the particular brand in terms of repair/replacement, should the need arise. We provide 1 year warranty on all brand new watches and modified watches. Most cases can be resolved instantly, so please reach out if you experience any issues and we will do our upmost to resolve your query. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Used watches: Unless specified otherwise, we do not offer any warranty on used watches due to the nature of a used watch, we guarantee everything is working on the used watch as they are all checked. If a used item is received dead on arrival or a functional defect which was not mentioned, even items 'not as described' will be refunded.

Can I commission a custom watch build?Custom watch builds can be commissioned but are subject to a deposit and can take 4-6 weeks to build. All custom watches already being sold are built and ready to go!

Why don't you sell more homage brands?As you all know, heavily crowded market. I only choose tried and tested brands which have proven their worth. Brands being sold on this site, rest assured they have my personal 'thumbs up' . In the 'used' watch section, there will be more brands being features, as these are mostly watches featured on my watch review channel, so please check out the latest reviews on those before you buy.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
